Q: The magnet I want is listed but not the size I need ?

A: We only display the standard sizes of magnet on website, but don't worry. Please contact us to customize the size you want.

Q: Do you have minimum order quantity ?

A: Actually we don't have special minimum order quantity for magnet. However more quantity, cheaper price.

Q: Do you offer free sample ?

A: Yes, we could provide various samples of neodymium magnet, pot magnet, fishing magnet for free.

Q: How long of your production ?

A: Usually it takes 10-15 days for bulk production if out of stock and 2-3 working days if in stock.

Q: Do you provide custom service ? Printing logo, do special package ?

A: Custom service is our advantage, our professional technology team can design it for you.

Q: How to control the quality ?

A: First of all, our magnets are produced with 100% new mertials rather than recycled or bad materials. Then we have strict inspection system & advanced equipments for each process to control the magnet quality and will record the results to generate a report to compare with standards. All testing reports of magnet will be sent to you before shipment.
